From the Mughlai flavours in the courts of the Nawabs, to European cuisine brought on by the British Raj, to Chinese cooking in the bylanes of Tangra, this heritage city has embraced different styles of cooking over time in a way that one can trace these influences even in the traditional Bengali home today.
So we at Esplanade invite you on a food trail to savour an experience called ‘Calcutta’.
